FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Global Splash, Inc. and the University of Michigan Engineering Report
Evaluation of Quad Barrier™ Technology for removal of Microscale Particles

Global Splash worked with the University of Michigan School of engineering to do research and development on its patented Quad Barrier™ filtration technology.

As a result of the testing and evaluation the final report concluded "Quad Barrier™ products are efficient at removing turbidity" and "provide filtering capabilities to under 10 micrometers."

Global Splash's new Model 2 with its amorphous proprietary media was also found to provide better overall filtration compared to traditional sand media beds.

Robert Davis, Global Splash Senior Vice President and CEO along with principal co reseacher Dr. Nikolas Katopodes of the University of Michigan noted that Quad Barrier ™ filtration products provide an efficient, low cost solution for reduction of turbidity, suspended solids and other common pollutants.

Global Splash from its inception has been careful to seek out solutions that not only solve critical water issues but do so in a sustainable and responsible fashion focusing on energy efficiency, minimum use of chemistry resulting in products that are robust, easy to maintain with minimum technical skills.
